Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Golf Coterie website.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Event Registrations

All event registrations are non-refundable within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date.

• Requests for cancellation or refund made more than seven (7) days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the sole discretion of The Golf Coterie.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event date.

• Failure to attend an event (no-show) does not qualify for a refund or credit.

• Event registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing by The Golf Coterie.

The Golf Coterie reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any event at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation by The Golf Coterie, registrants will be offered a full refund or event credit. No additional compensation will be provided.

Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging are intact

• Proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping & Handling

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Limitation of Liability

The Golf Coterie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event participation, event cancellation, or merchandise purchases, except where prohibited by law.

Policy Changes

The Golf Coterie reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
